Issue of race document only on race day from 8:30h. The bib number has to be fixed on the chest. It is not allowed to amend the bib number in any way. The organizer doesn't provide pins for fixing the bib.

For all participants of the main race the time is measured electronically. This is done with a transponder system of the company Davengo. The necessary chip is given with the bib number and has to attach on the shoe as described in the instruction. The chip is designed for a one-time use and has not returned to the organizer after the race.

In the organisationfee for the MRRC Silvesterlauf following services are included:

• Bib number and EasyChip timing for each participant of the 10km and 2km run.
• Certificates and result lists in the internet for each participant of the 10km and 2km run.
• Each participant receives a voucher. Participants of the 10km and 2km run can use the bib number as voucher of EUR 10,- € (for a purchase more than 100,- €.) at the Sport Ruscher company. No cash possible. Valid until 31.1.2010. All participants of the children run receive a free entrance voucher for the Sea Life - München.
• At the finish-line, each participant of the main race will receives the traditional Silvesterlauf-cup as a souvenir gift. Children receive a medal.

Changing facilities, see the event arena. Unfortunately, Shower facilities, cannot be provided.

The awards ceremony takes place after the competitions in the event arena. Juniors: Prizes and certificates for the first three juniors in each age group. Main run: Prizes and certificates for the first six men and women in the overall standings.

Certificates for all participants of the junior and main race can be printed locally after the competition or later via the Internet. Winners of the various Age classes receive their certificate a few days after the event by mail.

Result lists can be accessed on the Internet.

The application is preferably done via our website on the Internet. For applications by mail, fax or in person as well as with other forms, an increased entry fee of EUR 2.00 per participant has to be charged because of the extra effort of recording. For multiple applications, over 10 people we provide a specific Excel file. The organizer reserves the right to dismiss participants for any good reason or issues a ban to start. Athletes who were once convicted of doping will not be admitted to start.

Together with the registration a T-shirt (short sleeve T-shirt) with the Silvesterlauf emblem will be available for purchase for the price of € 15.00. On the day of the event, the remaining shirts will be offered. Ordered shirts which were not collected until 14h, will be released for sale. The shirt is made of high-quality functional material.

Late registration on race day only possible until 60 minutes before start of each race, if the participant limit not has been reached earlier: Kids Run: max. 200 participants Juniors run: max. 200 participants Main run: max. 3000 participants.

Non-attendance after registration does not entitle to a refund of the organization fee. Passing on the race number to a third person to participate in the race, will lead to disqualification, in approved cases the registration of a participant can be changed to a third person up to 60 minutes prior to the start of each competition (extra fee, € 3,-).

Dogs are not permitted into the event arena, baby buggies must be parked in a specially designated area.

For health damage, accidents, theft and other damage, no liability is accepted.
