Bib number:

Issue of race document only on race day from 8:30h.
The bib number has to be fixed on the chest.
It is not allowed to amend the bib number in any way.

Timing:
|
|
For all participants of the main race the time is measured electronically.
This is done with a transponder system of the company Mandigo.
The necessary chip is given with the bib number. The chip is designed for a one-time use
and has not returned to the organizer after the race.

Race shirt:
|
|
Together with the registration a T-shirt (short sleeve T-shirt) with the Silvesterlauf
emblem will be available for purchase for the price of € 15.00.
On the day of the event, the remaining shirts will be offered.
Ordered shirts which were not collected until 14h, will be released for sale.
The shirt is made of high-quality functional material.

Services:

In the organisationfee for the MRRC Silvesterlauf following services are included:

Bib number and timing for each participant of the 10km and 2km run.

Certificates and result lists in the internet for each participant of the 10km and 2km run.

At the finish-line, each participant of the main race will receive the
traditional Silvesterlauf-cup as a souvenir gift.
Children receive a medal.

Changing rooms and showers:
|
|
Shower facilities are not available in the small Olympihalle.
|

Awards ceremony:
|
|
The awards ceremony takes place after the competitions in the small Olympiahalle.
Juniors:
Prizes and certificates for the first three juniors in each age group.
Main run:
Prizes and certificates for the first six women and men overall and in each case the first three
women and men in age group standings. Prizes will be immediately released only to present runners.
Prizes will not be mailed.

Certificates for all participants of the junior and main race will be provided after the competition via the Internet.

Result lists can be accessed on the Internet.

Registration:
|
|
The application is preferably done via our website on the Internet. For applications by mail,
fax or in person as well as with other forms, an increased entry fee of EUR 2.00 per participant
has to be charged because of the extra effort of recording. The organizer reserves the right to
dismiss participants for any good reason or issues a ban to start. Athletes who were once
convicted of doping will not be admitted to start.

Late registration on race day only possible until 60 minutes before start of each race, if the participant limit not has been reached earlier:
Kids Run: max. 200 participants
Juniors run: max. 200 participants
Main run: max. 3000 participants.

Rescission:
|
|
Non-attendance after registration does not entitle to a refund of the organization fee.
Passing on the race number to a third person to participate in the race, will lead to
disqualification, in approved cases the registration of a participant can be changed
to a third person up to 60 minutes prior to the start of each competition (extra fee, € 3,-).

Requirements of the Olympiapark GmbH:
|
|
Dogs are not permitted into the Olympiahalle, baby buggies must
be parked in a specially designated area.

For health damage, accidents, theft and other damage, no liability is accepted.
